Purpose: What does the article
set out to do? In other words
what is the objectives of the
author?
According to the author, strategic human
resource management has higher level of
impact on the organization for effective
leveraging of HR. this is also very important
in the case of achieving the business goals
and objectives. In this article the author has
mentioned about the western multinational
corporation. Through the process of depth
interview, the author analysed the SHIRM
practices of three Chinese multinationals.
Here the author has identified two contextual
issues, which are creating problems in
SIHRM practices. On the other hand, the
article has also focused on the facilities and

investments regarding the SHIRM
orientation. This has considered as the
important issue in this article. Through this
article the author has tried to shed light on the
transformation of organizational strategies for
improving the internal management system.
Therefore from the article this has been
identified that the aim of the author for
conducting the research was to identify the
key challenges in the organization.

In order to conduct the journal, international
business management strategy has been
reviewed by the author. Through this process
the author has established the link between
the process, functions and activities of
SHIRM with international strategy. On the
other hand it has also focused on the Chinese
MNCs and HRM practices, which has helped
the author to understand the current
organizational situation in China.
The major strength of the article that it has
given clear information of international
situations in Chinese organizations. However,
it has only focused on China. If the article

would provide the global information, it
would be more relevant.
Methodology: What
methodology have the authors
used to collect data? Is the
article cross cultural? If yes

From the article it has been identified that the
author has focused on the secondary research,
before conducting the research the author has
reviewed different case studies as well as
journal and articles. Therefore, it has been
identified that the researcher has chosen the
exploratory research design.
Data Analysis: How was the
data analysed? In other words
what statistical tools were
used?
The data has been analysed depending on the
statistical data of three Chinese multinational
organizations. The policies, rules regulations
have been analysed in this study. He
statistical data has been found throufg the
interview process. On the other hand,
gathered reports from different journals have
helped the author in the data analysis process.
Findings and conclusion What
were the findings and
conclusion draw from the
article?
In the above study, it can be concluded that
the Chinese multinational organizations needs
to bring more development in the HRM
policies in order to develop its business
strategies in international market.
