Purpose: Objective of the Author
Article 1: In the above mentioned article, the evolution stages of the strategic management
process have been underlined by the authors. With the help of the research paper, both Romanian
and foreign managers will be able to understand the position of their organization in the global
market and therefore will be able to incorporate strategies in order to enhance the competitive
advantages and sustainability of the organization.
Article 2: In this article, the importance of a dynamic organizational structure for sustaining new
strategic initiative o the organization has been analyzed and evaluated.
Article 3: The purpose of the article involves cross-level and in-depth analysis of two Strategic
International Human Resource Management (SIHRM) that include the characteristics of SHIRM
in Chinese Multinationals and how their SHIRM orientation facilitates their operation and
international investment has been performed (Fan, Zhang and Zhu 2013).
