INTRODUCTION The report includes the business strategy game and reflective of the business strategy games as well. Report includes the strategic management models which would include the strategic approach. The models include the vision and the mission of the corporate objectives and the situational analysis as well. Macro economic analysis and the industry analysis as well. It includes the porters five forces and the generic model which would provide the knowledge about the industry and them market. The marketing strategy is applied on the corporate sector and the performance of the company is also analysed as well. TASK 1 Evaluate the major strategic decisions during the BSG simulation In my opinion Business strategy games are the games which is focusing on the economic processes.Itincludestheconstructionandthemanagementsimulationsaswell.The management is focusing on these kinds of the games which would provide the knowledge to the customers about the management terms and the relating to the management. Different enterprises are gaming the different kinds of the games which would include the consequences and the outcomes. Theme park is one of them which is made to provide the knowledge to the customers about the construction and the management stimulation (Oriesek and Schwarz 2016). The company is using the business strategy games for the inventory clearance which has resulted in the growth for of the 50%. In North America the company is using the internet marketing strategies and taking the decisions in the effective way. In Europe and Africa the internet marketing strategies are growing because these strategies are resulting from the 87$ in year 11 form the 98$ in year 15. The company is also concentrating on the production facilities in the department. The production department is facing the high growth due to the business stimulation games because it the production has increased form the 500 in year 12 form the 5000 in the year 15. in the Asia and the pacific areas the production is growing form the 500 In year 12 to the 1000 in year 15. In my opinion the inventory clearance and the production facilities are growing, both are growing as per the speed and the demand of the customers. Company is also focusing on the branded distribution techniques which includes the pairs which are shipped form the North America warehouses to the other warehouses it is growing continuously. In year 11 it was 1600 and in year 15 it was 2720. The products of the company are shipped form the warehouses to then other warehouse because these products are needed in
theotherwarehouses.Theworkforcetrainingoftheemployeesiscompulsoryinthe organisation. Employees of the company are given the compensation and the training. Training is increasing the performance of the employees. The company is also focusing on the training of the employees which are working effectively. The basic pay provided to the employees is increased and the incentives which are provided to the employees (Perera 2017). The foot wear industry is concentrating on providing the footwear products to the customers. The industry operating in the North America, Europe, Africa as well. Business is also spread their the Asia and the pacific. The footwear are needed by the every human being like the children teenager to the adult sand the old aged people as well. The footwear cannot be same because every foot wears need to be produced in different styles. Customers are ready to pay the amount on the foot wears which are of the god quality and consist of the brand name. The companies are providing the low cost product and the high quality products which is attracting the customers. The company is also preparing the high quality branded products which is attracting the customers. Production of the branded products has increased in North America form the year 11 which is 14 % and year 15 includes the 46% production (Gheibi, and et.al., 2018). The production and the productivity of the employees is increasing form the rapid growth in the country. In Asia and pacific the production is increased but the form the year 12 which has the 20% production and which is increased upto the 48%. The company is also applying the models and the styles for each and every product which is increasing the performance of the product. The marketing of the product is also the part of the business stimulation games in the gems has effected the company in the effective way. The marketing of the product is done as per the while sale marketing. Company is manufacturing the products but the company is not able to sell the products in the retail market. The competitive analysis of the company is using the models and the wholesale source of the products. These all the products are changing from time to time. In year 11 it was the 70$ to in year 15 it was $71.20. These the wholesale produce of the products which are manufactured in the factory (Rastogi and Trivedi 2016). In my opinion the company is selling these products and the company would be benefited with these products which are manufactured in the factory. The company is not able to take the competitiveadvantageandthecompanywouldfacetheproblemsinfacingthestrong competition in the market. Company would be using the various strategic models which would result in the positive impact on the company (Bull, and et.al., 2016). Belbins team roles The Belbins team role includes the nine team roles which are important for the roles of the teams and the behaviour of the employees. The leader in the team need to prepare the high performing team and must know about the strengths and the weakness of the team. Team leader is the shaper which is not quitting the challenges and know how to overcome the challenges and face the team in the effective way. Proper interpersonal and the communication skills are working towards the motivating the team members. The leader of the team need to be Implementer as well. The implementer would implement the things in the well organized way which would affect the employees which are working in the team. Team leader need to be the complete finisher which would be perfectionist because the team leader or the team member need to complete the work and then work on the projects. The error and the omission must be detected before completing the work. Coordinator is the one which is coordinating the members of the teams and managing the work in the effective way. The coordinator in team must be confident and the has the better communication skills as well. Team workers is managing the work and completing the work given. Team workers must be supportive and must have the decision-making power in them. Resource in investigator is the enthusiastic and also has networking skills as well. Through these networking skills the investigator would investigate and gather the valid Information for the project. Monitor evaluator is the one which is thinking critically and the has the serious mind as
well. The decision which are taken must be evaluated and analyzed as well. Specialist is the one which is compromising in the every part and is contributing in the every part of the area. The professional standards must be maintained with the low rate of the interest. Plants is team role in which the original approaches are used by the team for solving the problems in the team. These employees have the poor communication skills, and they are easily affected by the negative criticism (Group, and et.al., 2018). It includes the factors which are affecting the business. Political factors are affecting the business and the company performance as well. The taxation policies of the global countries and the political conditions of the country is affecting the business and the growth. The trade restrictions of the country would affect the business in the market as well. Economic factors includes the impact of the gross domestic product on the company and the market. National income and the economic condition of the country is affecting the business ns and the market. Social factors include the factors like the age, gender and the employment rates in the country. Technological factors The technology is increasing and the company is using these latest technologies which will lead the company towards the growth. Threats of the new entrants New entrants are entering the market by the plan of the being successful in the industry. It is focusing on the providing the people with the latest technology and the companies are using these types of the latest technologies in attracting the customers and the existing companies are facing the problems due to the new entries in the market. Threats of the substitute products Various other competitors are making the substitute products with the new and the innovative techniques. The features of the product is same and customers would buy these products which is suitable for them. Power of the buyers The buyers have the power to not accept the good sand the boycott the goods. These would attract the customers and satisfy the customers which are buying the product. Cost of the product is also the important part of the product. The current product of the company would be marketing by the company in the selected market. Price of the products is playing the vital role in attracting the customers towards the customers. Price includes the cost of the products and the manufacturing price of the products. Price of the products is set according to the market and the cost of the product when it is reached till the customers because at the every stage the price of the product is increased and it would expand the price of the product (Rogmans and Abaza 2019). Promotion of the product is important because the promotion is compulsory for the product. The promotion of the products is including the selling of the product in the selected market. Due to the help of the promotion the products are sold in the market and the products are brought by the customers. Place for the products is attracting the customers which is affecting the sale of the product. Place must be suitable for the customers to visit because the customers would not visit the place if the place of the products is uncomfortable. The sales person which are selling the products must be trained and affecting which would analyse then need of the customers and satisfy the customers.
Packaging is affecting because the packaging of the product would affect the sales of the product. Products would not be handled in hand and the customers are attracted towards the product in the case of the attractive packaging (Constantiou and Kallinikos 2015). Positioning is important for the product because the product is sold in the market with the help of the position of the product in the market. The product is sold in the market when the position in the of the product is correct it would attract the customers. People are changing their preference now and then so these are affecting the sale of the products. So the products must be made as per the need of the customers. CONCLUSION From the above report it would be concluded that the product in the market is sold in the effective way which would attract the customers in the market. It includes the different models which is discussing the need of the customer and the internal and the external factors which are affecting the growth of the company. It also includes the business stimulation games which is used by the company and to achieve the goals that the company has achieved growth in the market by applying the business stimulation model. These model focusing on the providing the knowledge to the managers about management and the decision which are affecting the sales of the company.
