INTRODUCTION
Business management and personal skills are abilities of an individual which helps them
to perform the assigned job roles and responsibilities by using innovative approaches and by
forming constructive ideas and decision (Allen and et.al, 2019). There are several skills and traits
which are required by graduates and fresher’s which will help in shaping personality and career,
some of such traits includes: employability skills, experience and qualification requirements.
This report will define the self-analysis which will depict the strengths and weakness and career
action plan will be developed which will help in enhancing and improving the desired skills
within the selected time duration.
PERSONAL ANALYSIS
Personal analysis also known as self-assessment is an activity which is performed by an
individual which helps them to identify strengths and weakness of oneself. By identification of
persona skills, it helps the individual in pursuing the career of their choice and take constructive
decisions for performing the assigned roles and facing several challenges. The strength
weakness, skills, knowledge and experience is described below which was identified by self-
assessment analysis.
STRENGTHS
Strategic planning and thinking- This is one
of the basic strength which helps me to
strategically plan all activities through which
I can set the desired benchmarks and a
strategic plan can be formed which needed to
be followed.
Flexibility and adaptability- One of the
major strength which helps me in enhancing
my career is flexibility and adaptability which
helps me in easily adapting changes which are
requited and which will help in improving the
skills set and knowledge through learning and
WEAKNESS
Commercial awareness- Due to lack of
commercial awareness, it leads to inability to
take effective decisions and it also affects the
competitiveness and adverse impact of
challenges can be faced due to lack of
commercial knowledge ad changing business
environment.
Lack of execution- By effective planning but
due to lack of execution, it affects the whole
performance and process and leads to
inability to achieve the desired standards of
performance and objectives.

Keen observer- One of the most effective
skills is the ability to observe everything
quickly and briefly which helps me in
gathering more knowledge and identifying the
details of each and every situation.
Team work and team spirit- This has been a
strength as an ability to work with team
enhances capabilities and through process
through which objectives can be
accomplished by using constructive and
innovative ideas.
Motivation- By being highly motivated, it
helps in willingly participating in all activities
and willingly participating in performing up
to the desired standards and maintains a
positive working scenario.
Accountability- By being highly responsible
and accountable for all the work is one of the
major qualities which helps in building trust
among fellow peers.
Leadership- This skill helps in leading ad
guiding right direction through which
objectives can be accomplished.
Technical skills- Due to lack of technical
skills, it affects the employment and career
growth opportunities and affects the current
performance and leads o inability to perform
the assigned work effectively and efficiently.
Management of finances- By not being able
to manage all finance and budgets, it leads t
facing different challenges such as high cost
incurred and inability to utilize all resources
effectively.
Time management- Due to not being able to
manage all work on time, this creates an
inability to perform and complete all work on
time and affects the ability to accomplish the
desired targets.
Visionary- By not being able to visualize all
activities and forecasting all the work which
needs to be done creates a gap between
effective leadership and execution of the
desired plans, tis also affect the planning
process.
Problem solving ability- One of the major
weakness is the inability to resolve conflicts
and thus tis affects the overall performance
and working scenario which creates a
negative impact on performance and growth.
Communication- Due to not being able to
interact and communicate with others, it
creates a barrier in making others understand
my thoughts and ideas and it also affects the
ability to listen and understand their opinions
