INTRODUCTION This report is basically based on the self-reflection. In this self-reflection I have written about my various skills and competence. The SWOT analysis model also has used in this report to properly analysis my various strengths and weaknesses. This model will inform me about the job opportunity also in the fashion industry or modelling career. An effective action plan also has been included in this report which will defiantly help for improving own various undeveloped skills and abilities, like; time management, communication, teamwork etc. MAIN BODY Personal Analysis Currently I want to make my career in modelling. This modelling profession is the part of fashion industry. Nowadays, I have lots of skills and competence which always affects my performance in very positive manner. For systematic personal analysis, I have conducted SWOT analysis below which will be able to me for identifying own key strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities (Yun and Lee, 2017). After conducting this model, I can simply take appropriate steps towards developing my various undeveloped skills and abilities. SWOT Analysis SWOT analysis tool is one of the most popular tools which helps to different businesses and individuals. Currently most people take lots of advantages through this tool in market place. These all four factors of this tool have been discussed below in the context of personal analysis. StrengthsCurrently I have lots of well-developed skills and abilities which can enable to me for making an effective careen in modelling. For example; I have effective fitness, photography abilities, networking competence, etc. By using these all skills, I can simply gain effective outcome in personal life. On the other side, I am very disciplined as well. WeaknessesI have various weaknesses too in the form of undeveloped skills and abilities. For example; my team work skills are not much effective, so that currently I
am not able to person very well in a team work. On the other side, I don’t have proper time management abilities as well, that’s why I can’t enable to complete my different tasks on time. Lastly, I have to develop communication skills as well, because these are the skills which can enable me for impressing different people with own interaction values. OpportunitiesInthisdynamicworld,Ihavelotsofgrowthopportunities(Matteson, Anderson and Boyden, 2016). For example; I have opportunity to develop own variousundevelopedabilitiesand skills, like;communication,time management and team by making an effective action plan. In modelling career, everyone should have an impressive body language to attract different audience, so that I have an opportunity to gain huge success in this particular career, because already has an impressive body language. ThreatsCurrently fashion industry is growing day by day, so that due to this growth the competition within modelling field is also regularly increasing. In this situation, this high market competition is the biggest threat to me right now. According to SWOT analysis I have different skills and abilities which are in developed condition. On the other side, I have some undeveloped abilities and skills also which are generallymyweaknesses,sothatIhavetotakequickactiontowardsdevelopingown undeveloped abilities (Mei and et.al., 2017). Nowadays, I have many opportunities as well, which can add some value in my person growth.At the end, I need to develop some effective strategies to systematically dealing with existing threats. Career Action Plan According to currently strengths and weaknesses, I have to create a productive action plan. Basically, this action plan will enable to me for developed those skills which are currently in undeveloped condition. Currently, action plan has developed by those all people how wants to make their personality and professionalism very much effective. I have created a very excellent action plan below, and I am sure this plan will support in the development process of various skills, abilities and competences. CONCLUSION It can be concluded that currently a person has required to use lots of well-developed abilities and skills for gaining huge success. I felt that, I should always have proper communication skills, team work skills, abilities of decision making and problem solving, time management competence etc. to develop own personality and professionalism.
