INTRODUCTION A career action plan is active planning document manage and owned by young people planned to reflect their enhance career development learning. This report discusses a career action plan which includes goals and some strategies to achieve that, and also highlights some strength and weakness with some improvement practices. MAIN BODY Action plan Work related goals and some strategies by which I can achieve them- Before, start setting a goal its very important to set a SMART goal that is specific, measurable, easily achievable, relevant and the last is time bound. Thus, the goals which I set that must be SMART which means the goal is specific includes steps need to take to achieve it, what requirement to be accomplished (Flynn., 2019). Then the goals should be measurable refers that the making easy to track progress, achievable means the goal is achievable in reality and goal should be realistic. Relevant means the goal is relevant for the person who set the goal and time bound that means the objective or goals have time related parameters. My strength and weakness are as follows- StrengthsWeakness I am very flexible to handle the change that keep on occuring at different points of time. Inability to learn new skills is my biggest weakness. The discipline in me has enabled me to achieve my all the goals on time. Lack of confidence and self esteen has always been hudrle while communicating. Patience is me is my biggest strength.The lack of experience and the knowledge regarding different things is acting as a barrier in my career. On the basis of the strength my goals are learning new skills, improve team communication and collaboration skills and I want to gain experience in a specific field. So Istart working on it, learning new skill is very important in today's time because technology are change readily so its very important to adopt new skill which enhance my working style and improve my productivity
which is beneficial for me as well as company (Kononiuka, and et.al., 2020). Such learning skills also boost personal development. So for achieving this I start free courses and some training programmes by which learn and develop new skills in me. Because new skills or effective skills make work life easy and more efficient. For gaining experience in a specific field create value in the work place that is I want to become a specialist in a specific field it creates more knowledge in a particular field or core field which give good impact on my career growth. For this I can do work on project and join internship and my focus on gaining experience not on the salary as a first priority. It enhances my CV and build good opportunities. My another goal is to improve communication and collaboration on team, so I can join brainstorming secession and work in a team, so I learn how to communicate in a team and work together to achieve a common goal of a company. It also helps in enhance my productivity at work place. My biggest strength is I am very passionate towards work and discipline. So whenever I decide to do something then I start quickly and achieve my goal faster. Weakness is I am not comfortable or not feel confidence in speaking with other people in a group so by achieving my goal that is communication and collaboration with team also helps me in converting my weakness to my strength. CONCLUSION From the above career action plan, there are some goals which are important for individual to have which help them to get success in their career. Moreover, this report also include some strategies to achieve goals and some strength and weaknesses.
