This research proposal aims to evaluate the relationship between career planning and job satisfaction among employees of Barclays Bank in the retail banking sector of the UK. The study will explore the factors impacting career planning and recommend strategies for improving career planning and job satisfaction in the organization. The research objectives include understanding the concept of career planning and management, evaluating the relationship between career planning and job satisfaction of the employees, exploring the factors impacting career planning of the employees, and recommending strategies for improving career planning and job satisfaction in the organization.
