INTRODUCTION
Career view point is the concept that have multiple meanings. All people focus on their
career to improve their own future growth. The career perspective contains setting goals and job
searching. Person can judge their own present employment, and they observe better job and
searches job for future job opportunities by examining your own performance on particular job
criteria.
The report will be based on skills, knowledge and experiences, of marketing manager.
Marketing is the process of creating and improver the relationship between the customer it is
help to identify the needs of customer. Marketing is the primary component of every
organization.
The process of marketing helps to research bringing a product to market, which includes
these broad market research; market targeting, segmentation and positioning and also help to
determining the distribution channel, pricing and promotion techniques and strategies (Sharma,
Simi and Forlin,2015). The report will identify the skills, knowledge and experience as a
manager of marketing through personal analysis.
The report will identify both the personal development and specific career related
activities of the person in their future growth by analysing the career action plan. Moreover,
study incudes CV for chosen field of profession.

Personal analysis is the techniques which identify own strength, weakness, opportunity and
thereat. Personal SWOT analysis is a great tool which measure and assess yourself in order to
enhance your career (Highhouse, Doverspike and Guion, 2015).

Communication skills.
Communication skill is the most essential skill
as manger of marketing and I have an ability
of the best communication that I am
influence the team members and subordinates
I inspired and motivate them. I am clearly
Weakness
Self Confidence.
Self confidence is the weakest point in my
personality which I need to be improved
because without confidence I cannot done
proper work I cannot take decision also I
cannot influence other. So self-confidence is

express my own ideas to others and easily
influence the team members through my best
oral and written communication skill. Having
a communication skills its creates the good
relationship with the colleagues and
subordinates. Further more, I have ability to
share and deliver the information through
effective communication. So its necessary to
having a good communication on the work
place.
Teamwork and Collaboration
Teamwork and collaboration is the essential
skill most entities requires this skill in their
employees. Further, as a marketing manager
of the company I would require the
Teamwork and Collaboration skills in my own
personality as well as in my subordinates. So
that I Have a good Teamwork and
Collaboration skill it's provided the profit to
the company because when workers are doing
together work according to specific rule its
enhance the production of the company so it
helps to enhance the ability of work.
Independent learner.
I am an independent learner and
although I am able to participate in group
work, as a profession of marketing manager I
have ability of good learner because its
increase my own knowledge of work as well
its helps in my future growth, that I can give
advice to other with my knowledge, I can give
the necessary skill which I want in my
personality. This skill I need to be improved
in growth of my future.
Thinking creative
Thinking creative is also the necessary areas
which i need to be improved because when I
think positive and creative I can do work
proper I can better research the market also I
collect the valid data. Furthermore, I can give
the best ideas to company for future
expansion.
Punctuality/ time management
Time management is also important skills but I
cannot proper manage the time, so I need to be
improved this skill for better management.
