INTRODUCTION
Career view point is related with having the significant assessment of the skills and
attributes which aids in ascertaining lacking areas so that crucial actions for improvement can be
exerted. In the current era, having significant view point is crucial in turn proper actions for
eliminating prevailing lacking areas can become possible for achieving competitiveness. The
Present study is based on Human resource management profession which is concerned with
having the strategic & efficient managing of people in company so that appropriate
competitiveness can be achieved. The present study is related with conducting personal analysis
by involving SWOT technique of an HR manager which require various skills & attributes h for
attaining goal of effective management It will focus on having action plan for having
improvement in the lacking area.

it is one of the significant technique that is helpful in accomplishing the objective of
evaluating the strengths and weaknesses so that significant information regarding the skills &
attributes prevailing can be exerted (Shantz and Dempsey-Brench, 2021).
Strengths
There are different types of the strengths
which are basically possessed by me and
provided me appropriate ability to accomplish
my roles & responsibilities.
There is availability of good
communication skill that is helpful in
expressing my views and thoughts in
effective & formal manner. As being
an HR manager, possessing the
communication skill is highly
important as offering clarity and
precise understanding to workforce is
important (Gekara, and Thanh Nguyen,
Weaknesses
There are few lacking areas which are
prevailing in me and required to be
overcome so that effective ability to
conduct the improvement action.
Employee motivation and retention is
one of the major attribute that is
required as HR manager so that greater
performance from staff can be
achieved. The inability of enhancing
morale & motivation of staff decreases
their performance and leads to results
in lower job satisfaction of employee
which affect the organizational

2018.). With aid of this strength I have
become able to deliver the information
in most effective manner.
Problem solving approach is one of the
most competitive skill that is present in
which has given me ability to identify
the prevailing lacking areas in HRM
processes so that its cause & impact
can be ascertained. Problem solving
skill has given me effective capacity to
overcome complications that was
hampering effectiveness of employees
to fulfill their oles and responsibility.
I have good planning & forecasting
skill that is one of the major skill that
is required to be had so that effective
recruiting, staffing, managing
performance, etc has become possible.
It is important to possess the proper
identification of lacking areas for
establishing training & development
has been exerted by me that has
boosted overall organizational
performance.
I have critical thinking approach that is
highly important for having effective
level of evaluation of prevailing
circumstances in business so that
accomplishing proper information that
is required for decision-making
procedure. As being HR manager there
performance in adverse manner.
Decision making skill has not been
done effectively due to improper
concentration which has not allowed
me to take quick strategy. It has
affected overall performance of the
enterprise as required action such as
placing right candidate at corrective
role, offering suitable performance
appraisal has failed to attain greater
potential from employees.
Time management is found to be low
in me as I was unable to categorize
things in organize manner that has
affected deadline meeting requirement
of business. It has resulted in quality
work of my overall performance which
is required to be improved.
Team work & collaboration is
important so that proper work
accomplishment by building positive
working culture (Zhukovska and et.al.,
2021). It was not able to set
coordination among staff that has
outcome in conflict rising as no proper
management of workforce has been
exerted.
Technical software knowledge is
required to be taken into the process
for improvement as it has not allowed
me to get efficiency in conducting my
