INTRODUCTION
Career viewpoint represent as an effective pathway that is useful to demonstrate the
friendly culture by advancing e-learning, better accessibility of business, professional training
and development. It presents as a smooth flow of communication through which capabilities,
attributes, knowledge, performance level is developed on continuous basis. To complete this
report it is to be demonstrated that human resource profession is to be chosen by me because it in
this profession is one of the interest (Baice and et.al, 2021). This particular report explains the
general trends that impact on human resource and skills, experience and knowledge that is
required to enjoy high success in future context. These two aspects are to be analysed using two
framework i.e. primary and secondary sources. At last it represents the evaluation based on
above discussion so that I can effectively understand the crux of choosing human resource
profession and its importance in developing personal and professional life.

Human resource is a significant term within every business. Therefore to analyse the
general trends that impacts on this profession are demonstrated below by the use of secondary
research and primary research as it helps in presenting authentic information. It is useful to
developing career in human resource subject area.

As per the viewpoint of Zachery Totah, (2021) it is to be demonstrated that there are
several general trends which impacted Human resource in an effective manner. The
transformation in general trends shaping future of working. The trends in human resource is

increases the high value activities.

because I have an effective communication skills and having an inbuilt confidence to connect
with number of people. I prefer this job opportunity because it is not a boring job as it includes
day to day planning to manage employees effectively and efficiently due to this I also suggest
this job role to other job role. It is not a new job role in human resource profession but it is a type
of success future proofed type job because without this no company can manage the workforce
properly and effectively.
