Recommendation
According to information theory of communication when a
communication travel from one person to another it left with
some fewest mistakes from the original message. In this case
when Jane Taylor tell Mary Rodger about the behavior of
Tony Jackson she was not able to communicate in proper
manner which results in even worst behavior of Jackson.
Orders which are to be made in the organization should
follow post positive Theory of Communication as this theory
helps to make the orders natural to be followed by the
employees in the organization.
