Answer:Facebook and twitter are social media networks on the other hand google is more of a search-based network. Google is the leader of ads network because of the vast services they provide, but Facebook, now the biggest social network with 845 million monthly users, has more impressions on the public as they hold 1 trillion page views per month which amounts to 51% reach of all internet users (Wordstream.com, 2019). Twitter has 330 million users which is comparatively very less to the Facebook and Google’s Audience size. Google has a 90% reach of all internet users which obviously makes Google a better option for advertising. It is estimated that in 2012 Facebook made a revenue of $1.06 billion and Google the leader made an astounding revenue of $2.9 billion. Almost all the three ads network provide many ad target options like location targeting, demographics, interest targeting, education and workplace. Twitter on the other hand possesses keyword or hashtag specific audience targeting. Thus, we can conclude that Google is a better platform for advertisers as they have the highest reach of audience. 2. Mobile advertising is one of the fastest-growing sectors of digital advertising, but how is mobile advertising effectiveness measured? Answer:Mobile advertising is a fast-growing market with estimated value of mobile advertising spend worldwide of $184.91 billion in 2018 which is further estimated to grow up to $217.42 billion in 2019. With the increased number of social network users and e- commerce websites people prefer to use their mobile devices to explore these services and for transactions also, which is more convenient than using a PC. What are some of the market conditions that have lead OXO to reevaluate its marketing strategies? Answer:OXO aims to create products to make everyday living easier. At first, they tried to make innovative kitchen products which makes the task easy but was not fancy in design. Now, they follow a segmentation strategy to target different segments through different channels with their segmented divisions of product. They follow a universal design which does not target any specific group of people and will have a higher appeal rate. If a regular product in the market is easily usable by 75% of the total population, OXO aims to increase that number to 95% or say almost anyone. 3. How has OXO modified its marketing mix? Are these changes in line with their mission? Answer: OXO products usually follows a universal design which is convenient for everyone regardless of the age or gender. The working of the app is simple enough. Online payments are very safe now a days so we can trust this system. If there is any implementation of online shopping in near future it would be very convenient to use these applications for daily grocery. The only issue that we might face is failed online payments but, that can be prevented by using a strong network.
