Concept of Globalisation in respect of multinational organisations

According to the views of (Dinsdale and Bennett, 2015) Globalisation is the process of
spreading information, technology, products and jobs at worldwide level. In simple term it can
be said that, globalisation result in raising living standards of people within countries which are
less developed and poor. By offering them improved products and services, modernisation, job
opportunities and many more.
Benefits and drawbacks of global business environment
As per the view points of (Grębosz and Hak, 2015) it has been identified that
globalisation have its benefits and drawback. As it is beneficial because assist in reducing
monopoly profit within competitive market area. Along with this, it help in increasing growth
and success by providing quality based products or services. Globalisation also decrease
dependency level of corporation on their local and national economies. As well as there are
large number of internet users who get attracted towards offering. On the other hand, one of the
major drawback is high level of competition which H&M will face while doing their business at
worldwide level.
Different methods through which H&M can reduce negative impacts of global business
environmental challenges
According to the view points of (Browne and Immervoll, 2017) it has been analysed that
for minimising negative impact of globalisation H&M have to examine business environment it
effective manner before entering. So that, its negative effect will minimise and positive taken as
opportunities for company.

Section Five: Research approach and methodologies
What type of research approach and methodologies are you likely to use and why? What
your areas of research will cover:
Research approaches
Within this section, Essential approaches refereed are inductive and deductive which use
by researcher for analysing research topic in effective manner. In deductive approach, existing
theories will be implemented by researcher for determining hypothesis in relation to specific
condition in driving empirical information. On the other hand, inductive approach non
numerical information utilise as well as applied so that outcomes of numerical evaluation will
be verified. Thus, within respective research inductive approach will be implemented by
investigator as it help in gaining appropriate data and information while conducting research
project.
Research methodology
Research methodology is the procedure which utilise for gathering information as well
as data which help in taking business decisions. Respective methodology involve interview,
survey, publication research, questionnaire and some other research techniques. It include both
information present and historical. There are two type of research methodology i.e., quantitative
and qualitative explanation of these are as follows :-
 Quantitative Research – It is systematic investigation phenomena help in collecting
quantifiable data by using several techniques such as statistical, computational as well as
mathematical. In quantitative research information is gathered through existing and
potential both customers by using methods such as online polls, online survey,
