Executive Summary
Barnacle Bay Country House Hotel is a flourishing hotel firm which is currently facing several
issues due to the emergence of new and strong competition i.e. Peacock Hall within the market.
In addition to that, the issues pertaining to HR and management practises within the firm are also
restricting the productivity and development of the firm within its industry. The report reflects
upon the change management approach and strategy that can be optimized by the respective firm
in order to regulate their change implementation process in a persistently and effectively.
Introduction
Change management is a significant managerial component that facilitates assistance to the
business enterprises in order to analyse, implement, regulate and monitor the changes and
alterations within the current line of business functions (Kang, NANTHARATH and Hwang,
2020). The proposed report highlights upon the impact of unexpected changes upon the Barnacle
Bay Country House Hotel. It also provides guidance to the owner-manager Rita in respect with
the prevailing change management strategies and models that can be optimised by the same in
