INTRODUCTIONChange management is the systematic process that support the business person inunderstanding the issues and making changes in the organization in effective manner. Changemanagement is beneficial tool for employees and employer as well. Modern era is highlycompetitive, in such complex business world it is very difficult for the firms to sustain in themarket for longer duration (Morden, 2017). In such condition it becomes essential for these firmthat to understand need of changes and make necessary modification in structure, policy of thecompany so that overall goal of entity can be accomplished. Successful of change management iscompletely depends upon skills and efforts of CEO of company and coordination amongemployees. There are many issues that are faced by entity in the recent era, which force theorganization that to make changes in the workplace. These issues are related with employeeattitude, problems of workers, health and safety issues, organizational structure and behaviour,stress etc (Haugen and et.al, 2016 pp.1-133). Employees are life blood of business, if they are notsatisfied then it may create issues for the business and entity may get failed to sustain in themarket for longer duration. In such condition it is essential for the firm that to implementschanges and manage these changes properly in order to accomplish its goal significantly. Companies are required to identify needs of change management ion the organization anaccordingly they have to make changes in their process and activities. There are various modelsof changes management. 7'S model is useful framework that helps to analyse strategy, structure,system, superordinate goal, style, staff of the company. By this way entity can analyses the areawhere changes are required the most. SWOT analyses is the method that is beneficial inidentifying strength, weakness, opportunities, Threats of business unit so that management canmake necessary changes in its process in order to resolve its lacking point and improve workingperformance of the corporation (Rittinghouse and Ransome, 2016). PESTLE analyses is anothermodel that supports in measuring external forces that impact on business environment andaccordingly company can make effective strategies so that these forces do not affect itsfunctioning and company can run its business smoothly.
