a. Who or what is impacted
With the change management, the drivers are impact they feel depressed to work in the
environment. The drivers are of the opinion that the company do not trust them and shows no
interest in using PDA or GPS devices and one driver per truck policy.
b. How they are impacted
The drivers working with Fast Track Couriers Company was affected by the change
management as they feel that the company does not trust them and they like initial two drivers
per truck policy. It is important for the consultant to explain the goals of the Fast Track Couriers
Company and train them properly as it will bring personal change as well.
c. When the impacts will be realized
During the first quarter of 2016 financial year, the impact will be realized.

Fast Track Couriers Company needs the PDA or GPS devices as well as trainer so that
they can conduct training programs. The company even needs to hire more drivers as well as
purchase new trucks.
