1.1 Role of a case manager
A case manager is a person who provides help to the people who are in need and then their
role is to help them to achieve their goals (Balvin and Kashima, 2012). For this, they first find
out the reason behind the issue, try to solve it and provides proper help and support to those
people. Instead of this, a case manager has other roles as well such as maintaining a sort of
relationship with the client and their supporters as well, makes a proper plan for the person,
provide all possible features which can provide help to the individual. After setting the situation,
closing of the case and documenting it also comes inside it.
