Project objective:
 To improve the existing official website within the budget of 45,000 and time not more than 4
months
 To increase sales rate and promote brand awareness in coming 3 years
 To give direct access of recipes and general information to the customers
1. Project Progress Summary
Before final completion of the website the project team will report to the project manager 3 times. The
first progress report will be reported after 25% completion of the project, the second status report will
delivered by 50% completion and the 3rd one is when the project will be 75% completed. The
feasibility analysis is done and feasibility report is presented to the sponsor for evaluating the total
budget they need to invest for successful improvement of the existing website.
