1CLASSICAL MANAGEMENT THEORY
Classical management theory in service
Classical managerial theory can be explained as the belief that the employees have on the
physical and economical needs. It takes into account the social needs and job satisfaction but
advocates a specialization of labor, profit maximization and centralized decision-making and
leadership. In the following assignment the incorporation of classical management will facilitate
to engage the employee in managing the revenue of the organization (Kitana 2016). The aim of
the management is to increase the implementation of laboring style and adopt the development of
specialization, hierarchal structure and incentives. There are various leadership style such as F.W
Taylor scientific management, Administrative theory and the Weber’s bureaucratic approach will
allow the organization to run the managerial function appropriately.
With the implementation of F.W Taylor Scientific Management Theory the Restaurants like
Hazev, Haz and Tas can analyze and synthesize the workflow in the organization the main
objective of inculcating the theory is to allow the main objective towards improving the
economic efficiency and increase the labor productivity. This theory is also classified as
Taylorism after its founder (Glinkowska and Kaczmarek 2015). The principles of management
will facilitate the company working in partnership to develop in the standard of equipment and
tools catering to the needs of the organization, the costing system can be rectified in maintain the
balance sheet and billing system and the opportunity of training can be allowed to the waiters or
the stewards so that they can enhance their skills in maintaining the etiquettes.
Internal and external factor that influence the management style
From the system of management the organization under the system of partnership of the
Hazev, Haz and Tas chain which is assessed and implemented in the system of digital technology
