A complete scorecard is not formed by the management and they did not communicate KPI and KRA and did not provide sufficient training. They have to maintain complete and balanced scorecard and record the KRA and KPI effectively. They must ensure that all employees should attend the training session. They should also develop a warehouse management plan to increase the efficiency of warehouse management.
