key performance indicators. A complete scorecard is developed to record the key result areas
within a firm so that the management can evaluate their performance. A majority of the
employees do not know what is expected from them, thus affecting the overall performance of
the organization. The areas of non-performance are poor management of inventory and risks
related to unskilled employees. They do not know about the main objective of inventory
management. Absenteeism of the workers and the layout of the warehouse are the main reasons
behind the non-performance areas. A complete scorecard is not formed by the management and
they did not communicate KPI and KRA and did not provide sufficient training. They have to
maintain complete and balanced scorecard and record the KRA and KPI effectively. They must
ensure that all employees should attend the training session. They should also develop a
warehouse management plan to increase the efficiency of warehouse management.
