2.4Suggestingwaysforimproving communication process in H&SC In health and social care organization it is essential that there should be continuous developmentand improvement in communication process. Especially in the case of Gina as she is having a huge need to improvement in the communication. There are many ways and provisions which can be applied by care home to make sturdy relation with patient.
Continue Below mention are some ways which can be applied by care home to improve their communication in between medical staff and Mrs.Gina By arranging a medical care person who knows the native language of Mrs. Gina. Also an experience person has to be engaged in the care team with Mrs. Gina who can analyze her needs.
