with a need base of controlling to match the requisite standard of executing tasks.

advisor who will thereby help them to appropriately utilize the available monetary funds for
investing into some requisite arenas of business. A secondary segment should address its

policies and procedures of the business. The company can together opt for organizing
business meetings and conferences or seminars for this specific purpose of interacting the
shareholders and investors.
2.3 Involving stakeholders into decision making
Decision making is yet another vital part into the present scenario which is followed after
a successful identification of the stakeholders with a substantial interaction with them. A prior
involvement of the stakeholders into its decision making procedure will crucially help the firm to

information or any commands which specifies the structure of working. There are generally two
types of communication processes that are formal and informal. In formal communication the
message is communicated as per the specified hierarchical lines and positioning of members, on
the other hand, informal communication is termed as unofficial way of transferring the
information (Patel, Shah and Shallcross, 2015). The formal method of connecting the people is
mostly used by the superiors and subordinates to direct the work or some task. But, the informal
kind of communication process is the way of transmitting the official news through interaction
and group gatherings.
It is determined that maintaining the communication network is crucial in increasing
efficiency of the overall organisation by developing new technologies and skills among the
management staff. Along with this, it improves the quality level of all the products and services

their main attention is on bringing innovation and developing the members by connecting all of

There are various approach that can be used by an organisation for collecting, formatting,

They are highly significant in marking success for the organisation and works as a method of
securing the private data and information of their management. The approaches that are used
currently by the business are: Management Information System (MIS) – The method of MIS is basically a set of
activities that converts and classifies data from external and internal sources in the form
of helpful information which is further used by the managers to communicate all the
levels of department in an appropriate manner. This method provide them a way of
timely making decisions and strategically planning, directing and controlling the
business activities.
 Decision Support System (DSS) – It is termed as one of the best method which is used by
the management to effectively take decisions. This process is appropriate in dealing with
all the issues that causes high level of impacts and influences on their nature and way of
determining the action plan (Riddle, 2013). However, the main objective of this method
is to direct the manager's attention on considering numerous alternatives and evaluating
them under different aspects.
4.2 Changes to improve collection, formatting, storage and dissemination of information and
knowledge
Considering the similar market and situation of business of the cited company which is
likely to raise their market share by expanding themselves with another store. In that scenario, it
needs to adopt some changes in the current market strategies and methods of collecting,
formatting, storing and disseminating the information and knowledge of their management and
customers. Collection – It is ascertained that earlier the organisation was using MIS and DSS
technique to collect the information and make decision, but other than this they can also

use the process of Knowledge Work System (KWS) and Executive Support System
(ESS). Formatting – For formatting the information, the management would use the software
that are offered by both the system (Managing Communication, Knowledge and
Information, 2013). Storing – In order store the data and information of their business operations, employees
and customers, organisation could use online servers where the stored data is safe and
secure.
 Disseminating – In the end, the management could use the activities like meetings, mails,
letters, etc. for disseminating the information to the concerning fields and areas.
However, the management has the power to use many other methods for acquiring and
securing the information other than the specified methods.
4.3 A perfect strategy to improve access to systems of information and knowledge
Considering the business aspects and working environment of the cited organisation, it
has been specified that the management has to improve their system of accessing the information
and knowledge. For this, it has to consider all the functions and operations specified under the
business. The information generated by them are highly useful and beneficial for the
management and their staff in order to identify the areas and perception of strategy (Beckett,
2003). However, it is determined that the organisation is assessing all the data by DSS and MIS
techniques which are helpful but still the company needs to address and develop a perfect
strategy for accessing a better system of acquiring the information and knowledge about their
respective concerns. It has been recommended that the company should adopt product based
approach for formatting, collecting, storing and disseminating the data. Thus, the best method in
that respect is KWS which basically deals with the accessing a proper level of information before
setting up the further plan.
CONCLUSION
The above report has effectually demonstrated the need base importance of inculcating
into a decent form of communication into an organization. It is due to some significant aspects of
interacting with some liable and crucial participants of a business. This report is thereby divided
into two major sections where the primary consideration was to ascertain the prior
