INTRODUCTION Communication skills for business is very essential for every business. Through thisbusiness can communicated any message and thus they can satisfy the receiver who is receivingthe appropriate message (Allen, 2018). Thus they can easily satisfy the customers. Hence as aresult there is suitable and relevant communication exists between receiver and sender.Assignment describes about the appropriate styler of communication, the communication model,communication system and barriers of communication. It further explains about the evidencethrough which business informations is presented. It also explains about the writtencommunication such as Letter, C.V. And Email messages through which an applicant can applyfor the post. TASK 1 Covered in PPTTASK 2Oral communication:Oral communication is the method through which sender can communicate with receiverthrough oral manner. It includes verbal communication, interviews etc. It is the most appropriatemanner and relevant manner through which both can communicate with each other. Throughface to face communication sender can easily explain the messages and receiver can easilyunderstand the message which is send by sender (Dubey and Gunasekaran, 2015). It is moresuitable than written communication. It also saves the team of sender thus sender can easilyreduce the workload and can work in a proper and efficient manner. It also saves the time ofsender as they can directly interact with receiver and thus they need nit have to use written modeof communication. It is a more effective and efficient manner of communication as interaction is face to facebetween the sender and receiver (Kurtz Draper, and Silverman, 2016). Thus receiver can easilyunderstand the message in proper manner. Immediate suggestions can also be taken from thereceiver so that sender can easily improve the message.
