Communication is a most essential process in any business or organisation, it helps in
sharing or transferring ideas and thoughts among two or more individuals. The communication
skills are the capabilities to identify the behaviour or personality of individuals, it also supports
in handling critical conditions in personal as well as professional career of an individual. This
report is in context to communication process at a work place or a business environment, the
study will also identify different communication models and theories with an effective
presentation on oral communication. In addition to this the report determine different tools which

place or working environment. According to the given scenario a customer is frustrated with the
delivery of a product, the customer took a holiday from his work to receive the delivery but
didn't get the product delivered. The entire conservation with customer is as mentioned below -
Me – Good Evening Sir,
Customer – Finally, you are here!!!
Me – Yes, sir I am here with the product you ordered.
Customer – Do you have any idea when I was supposed to be receiving this order???
Me – I know your order is delayed for two days.
Customer – Do you have any excuse for this late delivery??? I took a day of from my work and
I didn't get the order!!
Me – Please listen to me sir It's not our fault.
Customer – Yes!!! It's my fault as I trusted your company!
Me – No sir, actually there is issue with the payment of the product you ordered.
Customer – Payment??? Are you serious. I made the payment the same day from my bank
account.
Me – Sir, I can show you the information regarding the payment, It failed. The company still
processed your order as you are a valuable customer.
