Lampe, 2011). The top management also pays attention towards the beliefs, values and morale of
their staff members.
Besides this, it is necessary that the culture of the organisation should be positive and

differences in culture sometimes create human discriminations. It is an ethical responsibility of
the employees as a health care administrator to respect the values and backgrounds of their
patients. By this, the sufferers feel comfortable and they can freely share the health issues and
problems clearly to the health care professionals. The employees have their own mindsets against
social differences such as caste, creed, religion, gender etc. On the basis of such factors, the
health care employees can not discriminate among the patients. It is the responsibility of the staff
members to administer effective and quality services to their patients by giving respect and
equal value and importance to all (Mathivanan, Ji and Simpson, 2010). So, it is clear that all the
individuals should have been treated equally and give equal respect to one another and interact
with each other in a proper way so that they are able to work effectively in an organisation.

accomplish their assigned job with the use of computer system. Thus, various benefits of ICT is
described below:-
ï‚· Access information about patient with the help of computer system.
ï‚· Home treatment is also possible with the use of advanced technology after discharging
patient.
ï‚· Immediate action will be taken.
ï‚· Maintain collaboration between staff members by providing instant data.
ï‚· Minimization of time frame.
(Source:- Advantage of ICT, 2015)
Thus, it is identified that ICT is very much advantageous for employees, patients and
entire corporation by providing necessary facilities to them.
CONCLUSION
From the above section it has been concluded that information communication
