INTRODUCTIONThe developing manager can be defined as the one who is performing the leadership andmanaging function in an organisation. The role of a developing manager is to spend some qualitytime with the staff members as well as with the business owners in respect of planning andpreparing the new projects that are going to be meet organisation objectives (Abrahamsson andet.al., 2017). The chosen organisation here is Hilton Hotel.
