INTRODUCTION Organization Behaviour is the behaviour of workers in the organization. It show the wayin which manager and staff members interact with each other (Andriof, and et. al., 2017). Itaffects the culture, values of firm. Workers behave properly with manager so that all activitiesrun smoothly and successfully. It directly improves the performance of workers andorganization. Hence firm can maintain good image in front of many people. Assignmentdescribes about the David & company Ltd which is a food & beverage sector. It was establishedin U.K. Report explains about evaluating the influence of culture, politics and power onbehaviour of workers in organization. It also describes about the the methods to motivateindividual and team to achieve a goals. It also explains about understanding of the processes tocooperate effectively with staff members in company. It also describes about the concepts andphilosophies of organisational behaviour to given business situation. TASK 1 P.1 Evaluate influence of culture, politics and power on behaviour of workers in David &company limitedDiscussion of company's culture: Organization has to follow diversity culture so that all employees belong to differentreligion can be selected in company. Through this all workers can interact with each other andthey can give best outcomes. Culture of Handy's typology applied by David & company Limitedare:Power culture: Power is handled by few persons who can influence other people inorganization. There are few rules and regulations are there in company. Staff members arejudged by what they had achieved rather than the things they had done. This results in quickdecision making of company. Role culture: In this method power is determined by the people's role in organisationculture. They are controlled by all persons in the company and they know their role andresponsibilities (Davies, 2016). It has a tall organization structure and have long chain ofcommand. Company do not face any risks and they cannot take quick decisions. Task culture: It is created when teams can solve different problems and issues. In thismethod, power is shifted to any member in team depending on the status of project or problem.1

They develops their own objective and people apply their knowledge and skills so that they canincrease the productivity and profits (Elsmore, 2017). Person culture: In this method people believe that they are superior against any otherindividual. There are various individuals who are working for the same organization. Staffmembers receive training from different sessions and they improve their knowledge. Each personhas to perform better so that they can easily accomplish their goals. Hence it directly results inimproving the performance or company. David & company can adopt power culture in which power lies with few persons. Thisresults in quick decision. Staff members have to execute the decision taken by a single person.This results in growth and development of organization. With implementing power culture in David & company Limited, employees have powerto take decision up to the extend to their scope of working. When employees of David &company Limited have power to take decision making, then they are reliable for the outcome aswell as hence workforce is satisfied. This helps to give positive impact on overall performance ofteam. In team every individual has power up to the extend to their working. This makes themresponsible for which they are liable. Impact of power, culture and politics on behaviour of company:Impact of culture: There are various types of culture which can affect workers andorganization. In role culture, power is held by few workers and they know their roles andresponsibilities. Hence all activities run smoothly and effectively. In Task culture, all staffmembers are educated and they solve all issues of company. This reduces conflicts in firm. InPerson culture all people believe that they are superior against any other worker. They areworking for same company an it improves the performance of organization. Organization adopts the power culture in which power is held by some people. It resultsin quick decisions and hence company can easily take rapid decisions. This results in improvingthe performance of company. So they can easily accomplish the objectives and hence they canearn more profits. Hence they can easily expand their operations in many countries in minimumtime. Company can maintain good image in minds of all people. Model of Power2
