INTRODUCTION
Tourist behaviour complies with the way in which tourists behaves for their personal
travelling as it covers all the planning and their attitude towards various things while travelling it
comprises of their choice and section of destination, food, comfort (Choi, 2017). The restaurant
chosen for this report is Grapevine, London which offers Italian and Sea food.
MAIN BODY
What level of service do you expect to experience?
When I visited the website of Grapevine, London. I found that they gives a top class
friendly service to their customers and the all the staff are well trained so I do expect a friendly
and comfortable;e environment with a proper on time service as I don't like too much delay in
orders so I wish that the staff will coordinate properly and attends their customers in a friendly
an cooperative manner and tries to provide my dishes on time with some innovative and clean
plating so I have a high expectation with grapevine's services.
What type of menu/ activity do you expect?
As I had read that grapevine has an extreme rich taste in their Italian food items and they
also give the best sea food so far with various twist and flavours so I am having high
expectations with the pasta and the Italian food of that place and I am also looking forward to
have some different varieties and flavours in seafood and with that their taste in coffee is also
highly rated so I expect a complete warm environment with a coffee and some Italian food.
What level of food/ service quality do you expect?
I expect that then restaurant will give me the best service quality with the freshly cooked
food without any harmful ingredients and also they will take care of customers safety as in this
current situation it is most important that restaurants should maintain proper hygiene and follow
all the precautions while making food and attending customers so I believe that they will make
dishes with better taste and also with more healthy ingredients so that I will get more proteins
and taste with an equal balance and as for me their presentation also matters and grapevine has a
trained chefs with proper knowledge of that too.

As Grapevine is well known restaurant I completely believe that they as to gain more
customers tries to give their food at affordable prices. Moreover the prices of sea food might be
high than average as the chef tries to give various flavours in authentic manner in these dishes
and also it have various happy hour session in which they provide their food in normal pricing
which is quiet affordable for all kinds of people so I do expect that the average pricing of that
product will be affordable within my expectations.
What type of facility do you expect? How do you think it will be decorated? What kind of
ambience would you expect to find?
I do expect that as it is a modern restaurant of today's times so they will have all the
classic and high rated facilities in their restaurant. In decoration as I had gone through the
pictures of grapevine its ambience is so classic and attractive so I think the decoration will be for
sure impressive with their authentic touch of London's weather and environment. And ambience
I think will be friendly surrounded by great staff and happy customers basically a cheerful and
soothing environment.
What promises are being made by the marketing material to the consumer?
Marketing material gives assurance that the consumers will get the best quality of food
with proper hygiene and a great environment and they also promises that the food will enrich
with various healthy ingredients and will be rich in taste in affordable prices for all the
consumers (Godha, 2020). Thus, they mainly promises that we will get the best kind of food with
premium quality that will make us to visit that restaurant all over again.
CONCLUSION
In this report it is concluded that Tourism behaviour complies of the nature of the tourist
and their choice of food, place and environment. And the marketing material helps to guide he
customers about their area of interest with optimum quality of products. Overall the grapevine
restaurant serves high quality of food with high taste and flavours.
