INTRODUCTION
It is necessary to learn and gain knowledge so that it is useful in future. This can be done by
taking various types of project and preparing reports. It enables in gaining relevant skills and
knowledge. However, the skills are crucial in building career and attaining goals and objectives.
This report will show experience of doing project and skills learned from it.
TASK 1
Which skills have you developed as a result of the project?
Here, I was given a project to write about impact of covid 19 on air transport industry.
So, I have to write essay on it by searching info and gathering data from internet. We were
working in group of 3 people (Aslam, 2019). We all decided to distribute task. So, I was given
task of writing. So, in this entire project I learned several skills in it. here, first of all I learned
the team working skills that how to work in team. As it was group task so I was given chance to
work in team. This was my first experience of working in team. Thus, I got to know that how to
work in team, contribute it, attain goals, etc. besides that, I learned how working in team can be
effective for individual and as team.
In addition, another skill which I learned was time management skills. as we were given a
particular time to complete task so I gained knowledge that how to manage time and complete
task. Also, in this skill I leaned that how to prepare a schedule and do priority task first so that
in case of delay it can be covered. I realized that time management skill is crucial in professional
growth as it enables in completing task on time and enhancing efficiency as well. so, this was
my crucial learning in it. another skill which I learned from project is researching and writing
skill. I got to know that how to collect and search data on internet in less time based on any
topic. As I was not having any experience of researching so in this project I learned that how it
is done (Daniels, and Wosicki, 2020). Thus, I gathered data on impact on covid 19 on air
transport industry. Furthermore, along with this skill I learned that how to write report on it.
besides that, I learned how to make sentence, use words, make structure, heading etc and make
report on it. this was easy for me to learn about writing skill and how it is related to researching.
This means that if data is not gathered properly then report can not be made. Thus, these all are
skills which I learned in doing this project.
Thus, these all are skills which is developed from writing report on topic.

What do you know now that you didn’t know at the start of the process?
It is necessary to know and find out that what has to be done in project. This is because it
provide a framework and insight that what has to be done. Likewise, as i was not having
knowledge of project that how to do and start it. thus, by doing it I got insight about it and
learned (File, and Schnurr, 2020). now, I know that for starting project first thing is that there is
need to prepare a schedule. This means that I know that things is relevant in project and what
are not. I got to know that how to start reporting writing, what is required to mention, etc. hence,
now I can easily start a project which will help me in initiating it. I am having enough
knowledge as well in it.
To what extent has your level of confidence improved?
Doing this project has led to enhance my confidence to a great extent. This is because
now I know that how to do project and what it included in it, besides that now I am aware
about what things are included in it and not. In addition, now I am somewhat gained insight
about making individual efforts and working in team to do project. So, by working in team has
boosted and build my confidence level. It has increased my morale and I am able to get engage
with other members easily. However, now I am confident enough that I can individually do this
project with my own knowledge and skills. therefore, my confidence level has improved not at
such high level but project has helped me a lot. I have realized that my morale has also improved
through it and this will help me in my future career.
How could you use your learning in your future career?
I realize that as I have learned and gained a lot of knowledge from this project so I can
easily use it for my future learning. Besides that, as I have gained some skills as well so it will
also be useful for me in future (Hartley,, 2017). As I have learned about impact on covid 19 on
air industry and many other things such as use of resources in it, what are certain measures which
business can take in future, etc. so, these all will help me in making things easy to get it done in
proper way. Therefore, I can use my future learning to analyse and gather more info about it.
moreover, I will improve my skills and take other projects as well so that I am capable enough to
make such types of reports. It will help me in building my confidence. Also, I will use my skills
as well such as researching and writing to prepare more reports on various topics.
TASK 2
Identify 3 skills gaps or areas that further development

By doing the project I found that there are certain skill gap which I need to cover and
improve. I realize that it is necessary for me to cover up those gaps so that it does not hamper
my future career and growth. It will help me in my future career. Also, I will be able to improve
those skills. thus, I found that first skill which is need to develop is communication. This is
essential skill in which I am weak. I am not able to communicate in effective way with other. So,
I want to learn types and forms of communication (Oliver, 2018). I want to interact with people
properly.
Another skill which I need to enhance is decision making, I am no able to take effective decision
in it. so, I need to enhance this as it will help me to take effective decision of what is to be done
and how. Besides that, I will take decision quickly so that my performance is not hampered. It
will be highly helpful for me in my future career.
Along with it, I need to improve my team working skills. I am not such comfortable in working
in team of 5-6 people. I do not have experience as well of working in team. so, my performance
is affected due to it. I need to enhance my team working skills which will help me in my future
growth and development (Sokol, 2020). For that I need to develop a plan which will give me
insight on what activity is to be taken to enhance those skills. it is as below

So, this is the plan through which I will be able to develop and enhance my skills. it will
also help me to analyse my performance in efficient way and proceeding in systematic way to
develop required skills.
CONCLUSION
From report it can be concluded that I took a project on impact on covid 19 on air industry.
In this I wrote a report on it and learned some skills as well that is team working, writing, etc
also, I also built confidence from it so that I can take more projects like this. I can use this
learning for my future growth. besides that, I found that there are some skill gap which I need to
improve. For that a PDP is developed which will help in attaining goals in effective way.
