In this article, author has given the emphasis on importance of organisation commitment among every employee. Research has been conducted from the Malaysian higher education. Data has been collected through the online survey from different employees working in the public universities of Malaysia. Therefore, the scope of research is limited because is beneficial for the people of Malaysia only. Author has considered it as the most significant factor for bringing the effectiveness in organisation. Based on the review of whole literature, it is found that employee empowerment is also one such element that put positive impact on the organisational commitment. In addition to this, it has also provided the suggestions for improving the higher education sector management. The importance of team work has been seen in order to ensure the sane. By ensuring the deep research, author has effectively outlined the importance of team work in today’s organisations. The major benefits of team work include less turnover, lower cost for training, improved service quality as well as attainment of organisational goals in effective manner. Teamwork is the most significant tool considered by the author for improving the productivity of the organisation.
