This sector are also providing tosupport different industries like hotels, restaurants. The current scale of this sector industry isevents management, bar and pubs, caters, entertainment. It also includes different types of jobsfor providing employment. Hospitality sector is very fast and it is more beneficial for economicdevelopment. This sector is also providing lot of opportunities of the people. Now dayshospitality industry continuously growing and it is a important part of UK economy. The currentnumber of business in this sector with 2.66 million jobs and they hiring 60 million people fromall over the world. This sector is also run their business in many different part such as retail,Health care, education, corporate hospitality, travel, sport event and so many. Currently thissector working with female staff also and this sector offer to their employment large number ofemployees are migrate from one nation to another country.Travel and tourist services - this sector are referred with two segments tourist service andtravel services. The tourism sector are open so many ag(Jones and et.al, 2016)ency for providingtheir services to the people and this sector is comprises with many travel agency , cooperativetravel group and travel services is also expand their business though tour and travel agencies. Inthis industry around 120,000 employees who are working with full workforces and 62 % femalestaff is also working with sector. There are 12000 organisation providing this tour and travelservices.

Now day these industry improving their services day by day because of tourism sectorexpand their business so lot of people prefer in UK tourism. It is very effective so hotel andrestaurant t also providing their services with effective manner. 200,000 employees also workingthis sector in approximately 25000 organisation running this businesses in smoothly way. Thescope of this industry they focus expand their business and they have large number of employeesand the main motive of this industry to providing quality services.M1) Major operator within the UK Hospitality Industry and discuss the particular operator’sturnover, type of products and services it provides and its historyLeisure operators is also the major hospitality industry and the turnover ratio is 47.7 ofthis hotel is growing 23% during final quarter of 2016. This hotel is providing best services totheir customer (Boella and Goss-Turner, 2013). They also providing luxury product service totheir customer. The history of this hotel is very famous and the main motive of this hotelproviding better service to their cleits and earning more profit.1.2) organisational structures of different hospitality industry There are two types of organisational structure in different hospitality industry. Most ofthe hotel have same structured, number of staff may change in large size of hospitality industrybut structure remain same (Huang and et.al, 2016). Role and responsibilities is also same indifferent department. Hotel organisation structured is totally depends on the range of servicesand offering comfort facilities to the visitor. For example Hilton hotel organisational structurethis is hotel the structured of this hotel is also small. They have number of employees and thishotel is have dived into five department such as front office, audit, maintenance, sales andhousekeeping department. Each section employees play a very effective role. They also providebetter service to their customer. Manager of this hotel is also managed all the department inefficiently manner. They also maintaining their relationship with customer. The main motive ofthis hotel industry is providing quality service to their customer as well providing satisfaction totheir employees. They also create healthy environment on their work place.
