INTRODUCTIONBusiness Environment refers to the combination of both internal as well as externalfactors which influence working standards of an organisation. The company British Airways isused in this assignment to profoundly explain different branches of business. Since it was foundin year 1974, being an old organisation in business will help retrieve many features of businessand figure out basic purpose of it. The assignment is divided in two parts. Further, the implementation of administration methods &practises along withtheir strategies will be presented with examples. In final section of thisreport recommendations will be provided to enhance all methods and techniques mentioned. PART 2Conclusive report of business workingsJohn Lewis, partnership was incorporated in 1929 having its head quarter in London.This organisation deals in wide range of products which cover all departments from all clothinglining for all ages and home décor to crockery products and beauty stores as well.. In 2018, thenet revenue or profit of this company was approximately £10.2 billion. Apart from this, JohnLewis also employing more than 83000 employees in its company. This organisation wasdiscovered by started by John Lewis in 1864 basedin Oxford Street, London. After some years,the company plans towards its expansion and growth and for this purpose it started acquiring ormerging other retail business of the country like Jessop & Son and this process of expansion andgrowth continued for some more years. For better performance and motivation of employees,after successful completion of 25 years in the organisation they are providing 6 months leave toemployees. This organisation is also providing facility of pension scheme which also rendersdeath insurance policies.
