INTRODUCTION
Organisational leadership is administration approach in which leader focuses on setting
strategic objective for organisation by influencing individual person within group to successfully
conduct assignment related to services that help in achieving goal in timely manner. In addition
to this, inter-organisational network is determined as aggregate of formal as well as informal
relationship between companies as independent firm focuses on making relation with member in
an appropriate manner. In this assignment, the John Lewis is the company which is undertaken.
It is determined as well known organisation who provides different type of products and services
to its customers for satisfying them. Herein, the title of research is “the effect of leadership style
and inter-organisational network on performance of employees” In this assignment, there is a
discussion regarding aim &objective of research and also the literature review & Gantt chart and
methodology is adopted for organising research in proper way (Behery and Al-Nasser, 2016).

Rationale
The primary purpose of choosing research is to assess the basic understanding regarding
concept of style of leadership and inter-organisational network that help in becoming better
communicator so that they lead to other team member. Therefore, it is also capable to assess the
strength as well as weakness during particular phase of time period. Moreover it aids assistance
to investigator in increase knowledge regarding step which is adopted in research that assist in
organising future investigation in an appropriate manner. Therefore, it aids assistance in my
professional career in addition with improvement of appropriate personality that helps company
to deal with its subordinate & their problems easily.
