plan. I think that with successful continuous
improvement program Any person can gain
effective skills and knowledge from the
different sectors. In my personal life I have
realized that I gained continuous
improvement during my schooling and
college life.
Self continuous improvement will give me
high level of opportunities to become a self
aware person. By attending every lecture
classes during college days and in the
school days I think I have successfully

Regardless and size and complexity of any
project and business quality is an important
term that has to be considered for the
success.
Quality affects the overall continuous
improvement plan. It can be said, that it is not
necessary that each time even after
maintaining the continuous improvement
plan the necessary quality of the programs
are not achieving. This is the responsibility of
the project managers to take adequate
actions to improve the quality of the business.
The Quality of any project deals with the
following:

requirements of the consumers
 Managing brand value and
reputation of the business

industries
 Managing the overall cost needed

order to gain long term business sustainability proper tools and techniques of quality management should be adopted by the business owners. Not only the
