INTRODUCTION
This report includes project control documentation which includes various factors
regarding a project which addresses development of stainless shirt by M&S. These factors are its
stakeholders, budget required, scope, purpose etc. this report also addresses designing
contingency measures for the project. Further report includes how stakeholders will be up to date
while the project is being carried out. Report further includes unexpected event and along with
that how that event can be corrected by taking appropriate actions. Finally, report includes
evaluation of success of project regarding its purpose, aims and objectives, resources, budget and
time scale. Measures that can improve performance of project have also been included in this
report.

LO1.1 Project control Documentation
This refers to documentation that is created and maintained to control various factors and
progress of a project. In this report project of development and launch of stainless shirt by M&S
has been included. Various factors of this project are as follows-
Stakeholders- stakeholders in this project will be research and development team, employees
concerned with preparing marketing plan, investors who will invest in this particular project,
suppliers, project management team and customers.
Purpose- to develop and launch a new product segment of the company to gain market share and
competitive advantage within the industry.
Scope- this project and product has a multifaceted scope in company and outside. The scope of
this project includes taking competitive advantage, adding a new product in product line, keep on
