Corporate culture is defined as the values, beliefs, standards and attitudes that are being
hold by the members of the organization. This is directly related to corporate image and
corporate ethics that are essential part of corporate culture (Guiso, Sapienza, & Zingales,
2015). Here, the paper discusses the corporate culture of McDonald, an analysis of business
process and leadership style and the business facets that are needed to be changed.
Business process involves the set of task or activities that are undertaken for the purpose
of achieving of the goals and objectives (Hammer, 2015). Similarly, McDonalds serve best
quality burgers through their best business process and systems. The company has precise
operations for each of the departments such as operation, marketing, finance and accounting that
combine the activities of various departments and facilitate in the achievement of objectives of
the company. Also, McDonalds have maintained operational excellence, service delivery, quality
products and hygiene problems. The company provides variety of foods and drinks along with
extra value meals. Organizational culture includes the values and philosophies that are hold by
the members of the organization which guides the functioning of the organization. The corporate
culture of McDonalds supports the concerned industry and helps in the positioning of goals.
Also, the corporate culture of McDonalds is successful in getting the attention of the customers
and also getting qualified and skilled employees that could lead the organization towards the
success. The culture of the company encourages the learning opportunities to the employees in
order to increase the capabilities of human resources into the company (Thompson, 2017).
One of major characteristics of the corporate culture of McDonalds is their core values and
business conduct that gives support to the people by prioritizing the needs and wants of the
employees. Apart from this, it seeks to promote the learning opportunities for the employees in
order to enhance the organizational knowledge which is carried out by the introduction of the
policies and creating engagement with the employees through the meetings and encouraging the
employee feedback and sharing of knowledge.
Furthermore, leadership style involves the methods and the way that the leader uses for
providing direction and motivating the employees. Similarly, McDonalds have skilled leaders
