INTRODUCTION
Management of business is a crucial factor that has an impact on the growth rate of the
organisation in either positive way or negative way as well. This report consist various effective
structure which are used to manage the project as well as business. This present report is mainly
laid on applying effective concept of CSR (Corporate social responsibility) which is used to
improve organisation performance. Nisa retailer is the company has been chosen for further
study of CSR activity and Nisa is a retail organisation. In addition to this, Nisa represent 1080
shareholders and operating 4000 food stores and small supermarkets. Nisa retails have £30.77
million net worth and 213 employees in their firm. The present report express the CSR activities
of the company along with their whole working structure as well (Ali and et.al., 2010). There are
several aims and objectives of this retail organisation and affect the performance of the
organisation as well. This report also covers all the recommendations and suggestions which are
require to apply CSR activities in this retail organisation. This report further consist the impact of
CSR activities within an organisation and also analyse the factor that are used to promote the
profitability and financial sustainability (Ameer and Othman, 2012).

P1 Objectives and aims of Nisa retailer
Nisa is a retail organisation, and having an aim to provide best quality services to their
regular and irregular customer and maintain their business rate and performance. The main aim
of the company is that deliver benefits to small retailers and help them to grow in their business
and sustain in competitive market (Chen and Wang, 2011). There are some factors that followed
by Nisa to attract more and more customer towards their providing services. There is a main
objective of the company is delivering best services to their customer and improves the quality of
product and increase production rate as well.

Outline of research:
The corporate social activities mainly refers to the several social practices and activities
and these activities help to improve employ benchmarking and it involves competitor initiatives
in that process. Corporate social responsibilities mainly focuses on the process of managing
national and international norms of business and these activities also involves working practices

for society to provide quality services. CSR activities has a great impact on the society as well as
corporation. In this present report, CSR policies are very important to improve the growth rate of
the organisation and create a good and impactful image of the company in their related society.
Additionally, these CSR activities helps the organisation to fulfil their objectives and aims in an
effective manner (Fleming and Koppelman, 2016). Nisa retail apply these activities in their firm
and interact with the customer and their employee to maintain proper relation among them and
increase productivity with the help of these CSR activities. There are some effective tools and
techniques that helps to organisation in applying CSR activities and achieving their set objectives
(Lee, Park and Lee, 2013). In addition to this, it can be said that CSR also impacts the allocation
of financial resources. If such measures are not properly followed then it might affect the overall
outcome. Increase in CSR might advance the expenses which is critical for financial situations. It
indicates that analysis of impact of CSR is significant to have proper advancement in overall
performance.

P2 Outline of project management plan
In this research project initiation plan, it can be include several factors like further scope
of this research project and risk management approaches, cost and quality control process. In
addition to this, planning is very necessary to manage proper work and entire processing of the

company in right direction (Inoue and Lee, 2011). For achieving all the objectives and goals of
the company, it is very important to make an effective plan and strategy that helps in
implementation of CSR activities. In this process of outlining the research project plan, risk
management is the major issue that should be noticed by management. A good research project
includes all the factors like cost and quality of the product and also maintain these factor in their
organisation as well (Lioui and Sharma, 2012). There are several types of risk analysing factors
that helps to improve the performance of the organisation and manage their growth rate at perfect
manner.

requirement of the company. In addition to this, research project plan is based on the

topic. Research design s used for the data investigation (Kang, Lee and Huh, 2010) .
There are various research design techniques such as descriptive, experimental, and
exploratory. These all are used in research investigation. In this report research report
used experimental and descriptive research design. It assist in effective collection of data
in order to meet the objectives. Research philosophy: It is a way to provide help to analysis the whole process of
research. In this tool research is based on assumptions (Uadiale and Fagbemi, 2012). The
researcher implement all CSR activities for achieving successful objectives with the help

P6 Recommendation on the basis of research
According to the above study, it has been clear that CSR activities plays most important
role in achieving the success and improve the performance as well. CSR activities most helpful
for the retail sector because they helps the organisation to analyse the need of the customer and
also helps to improve their quality of product and delivery of goods and services as well. In
present case scenario, Nisa choose an effective CSR strategy to maintain their production and
improve quality of product. Additionally, in case of Nisa there is need have manage the
production rate and providing services. For improving their stability they need to manage their
work on time and encourage their employee in case of work efficiently. Furthermore, company is
lacking to manage the workload and not able to apply effective strategy to manage that work so
CSR is crucial for them to manage their entire work. Further recommendation is related to the
company's management procedure like top level authority have to cooperate with their employee
and make proper communication to deal with problems. Nisa have to arrange some trainings and
seminars or make proper strategies which can help to maintain their image in society and
improve their business growth as well.

P7 Reflection
This research report help me to learn so many new things like how to work with
consistency and how to deal with problems as well. In this report, I learned the effectiveness of

CSR activities like how these activities help to improves business performance of an
organisation. This report is totally done with proper planning and strategy and applied CSR
activity in Nisa retail sector. I also learned about the project management plan and how it is
helpful to achieve the organisational goal in a perfect manner. I have gain information about
Gantt chart which gives total structure of the project that helps to manage the project at a given
time scheduling. This report also analyse the collection of primary data and secondary data that
how it would be helpful for the organisation to achieving organisational goals. I learned to carry
out all the information related to the qualitative and quantitative research and analysis of data
collection in good and effective manner.
CONCLUSION
This report concluded that, there is a basic need of CSR activities for each and every
organisation. In case of Nisa retail sector which is a group of organisation, should apply CSR
activities to improve their business performance and quality of product. With the help of this
research plan company will making high profits and achieve success day by day. Apart from this,
the report also analyse the various aim and objectives of the company which are made to achieve
long term goals of the company. Gantt chart is also used to make whole planning and timing of
the upcoming project and gives clear idea about the project that should be implemented.
