In order to achieve success a new and creative business has been selected to be started with
the proper plan of customize boutique.
It has been decided to open a boutique of know them to provide designer clothes to the
customers as per their needs on customized basis.
The business idea contains stock of attractive clothes so that customers can be able to choose
effective cloth as per their needs and there dress can be stressed as for their body fit and
demands.

The company has a goal to start their business online to reach global customers.
The company has an objective to achieve a good profit within two years of the establishment of the
business.

Strengths Weaknesses
The customer's product which has been provided by the business is the
biggest strength as it helps to provide maximum customer satisfaction.
Customised products also reduced the wastage in the organisation due
to change in fashion which is also a great strength for this business
idea.
The business idea will help the customers to wear their favourite
designs according to their body fits and latest trends.
Preparing one dress of different design is a challenging process and
can be costly also for the business.
The increase off caused due to ration can make the products of the
store costly and unaffordable for the customers.
Another weakness for the business can be the online presence of the
business as it will be difficult for the business to understand the needs
and wants of the customers in customisation on online platforms.
Opportunities Threats
High demand of fashionable clothes in the market provide effective
opportunities to the business to get demands for the customised
products (Saukh, and Vikarchuk, 2021).
The knowledge which has been gained by the business due to the
customisation will help them to grab the opportunities of designing
new clothes and get a brand image in the market.
Availability of lots of boutique in the market creates a high
competition which is a great threat for the business.
Low demands of party wear clothes due to covid-19 is also a great
threat for the business.

There are so many stores in the market of United Kingdom
which provide customer used clothing options to the
customers (Su, 2021).
These stores can create a great competition for the business
due to their physical presence but the trend and dependence of
customers on online stores can be a competitive advantage for
the boutique business.
The company has many competitors in terms of their physical
stores among which two are banana moon clothing and
customized clothing.
Both businesses provide customized products to their
customers which helps them to achieve great success in the
market.
