LITERATURE REVIEWConcept of CSR and Brand LoyaltyHuang and Sarigöllü (2012) has contended that CSR and brand loyalty are criticalaspect for every organization because it assist in leading business firm towards impressivelevel of success. Corporate social responsibility is considered as form of corporate activitieswhich are framed for social benefits. It means by having a promotional activities thecompany also targets society. On the other side, brand loyalty is also being referred astendency of some consumers to continue buying the same brand of goods rather thancompeting brands. It has been noticed that by having an improved focus on such aspects theissues can be overcome in desired manner and lead business firm to impressive level ofsuccess. Hollensen (2015) has asserted that brand loyalty allows to create a positive workenvironment so that goals and objectives can be accomplished in desired manner. It alsoenhances the morale of customers to have purchase of products and services in order to meetsustainable aspects. Brand loyalty is factor in which individual reflects his trust on the brandand its products. Moreover, there are number of CSR activities which are generally adoptedby business entity. Providing scholarship to poor students is one of key activity which isbeing employed by the researcher so that goals and objectives can be accomplished. Lee and Carter (2011) has asserted that CSR allows business to promote business keyvalues in appropriate manner. With an assistance of this, national and international values ofbusiness can be advanced in critical manner. It is also significant for business firm to focuson norms and legal aspects which are associated with the CSR activities so that sustainableaspects can be attained in desired manner. It is also necessary to create better awareness inregard to work culture so that application of CSR can be taken into account. Companies arewell focused towards improvement in its creativity so that experience in regard to CSRactivities can be advanced. Leonidou, Palihawadana and Theodosiou (2011) has said thatintroducing a social welfare campaigning is also a critical element which need to be referredeffectively by companies. It assists in meeting the standards of CSR activities so that goalsand objectives can be accomplished in desired manner. Relationship between CSR activities and brand loyaltyLi and Green (2011) has stated that a CSR activity has a great relationship with brandloyalty. By having an improved focus on the CSR activities the companies can easily advancecustomer base. It creates trust among customers and makes them feel motivated to havepurchase of goods and services of brand.
