Effectiveness of group decision making processIt has been noticed that Myerstown was facing an issue in terms of finance and employeeresistance which has impacted the overall outcome in diverse manner. In order to resolve suchkind of issues the business firm has focused on change management practice so that key goalsand objectives can be accomplished. There are number of changes that has been employed by themanagement (Appelbaum and et.al., 2012). Company has set out few standards and priorities inorder to have better opportunities. In addition to this, it can be said that company has organised a conference for theemployees in which information about goals and strategies has been shared. With effectivesharing of information, the business firm has easily developed the trust among work force. It hasalso allowed members to have better sustainability and motivated employees to have effectivefocus towards short term goals.
