INTRODUCTION
The business projects are undertaken with an aim of executing work according to
different unit of tasks having specific time for each one. This makes the work simpler and
efficient so that there will be less chaos in managing the work and time. It is evident that for
managing business it is necessary to make a pre planning according to which works can be
managed. In present report the task of CSR implementation is being planned for which the
different procedures have been undertaken. The chosen company for this purpose is Aquila
insight which is a data analysis firm where 65 employees use to work and the annual turnover of
organisation is £4.2 million. The said enterprise takes care of its employees by various strategies.
In present report, the CSR implementation process for business will be understood along with its
importance for any organisation. In addition to this, a proper project planning will be done for
this purpose on the basis of time scale and work breakdown structure.
P1 Project aim and objectives for Aquila insight
The Aquila insight is a data analysis organisation where the company's major work is to
make use of available data to make their analysis in a perfect way that can help in creating a
number of ideas which can help its client firms to take care of their customers by managing a
better and close relationship. Thus, it provides various solutions on the basis of study they have
done on available data. For the said purpose, it has a team of 65 employees who work with great
efforts to make firm successful (Bredillet, Yatim and Ruiz, 2010). Thus, it has attained a good
competitive advantage over other rival firms. The overall aim and objective for mentioned entity
can be set in following manner:

The present study is related with concept of Corporate social responsibility (CSR) which
has recently got more importance in the business world. The said concept of CSR is concerned

2011). As per the CSR policies, the firms must work by considering various factors of company
like social, economic, environmental and human elements. It is necessary that an enterprise
which is working in a society must take care of it in every way, for this purpose, different
activities can be organised like working by taking care of local communities, making

investments which are useful for development of society, maintaining sound relation with
customers and employees and also taking care of environment. Thus, the organisations working
in a society must implement the CSR policies which can help in giving something as return for
operating and using resources of society. This will aid in portraying the positive image of firm in
society along with achievement of aims and objectives of business. The mentioned firm has
developed a number of activities which are focussed towards enactment of better relationship
with customers and employees who are the major stakeholders for entity. The current study will
help in analysing the CSR activities and importance for cited firm. In addition to this, some aims
and objectives will be set which will help in covering overall study of the topic.

P2 Preparation of project management plan
The project management plan is made to carry out the activities in a planned manner for
achieving the success. The project management attempts to make a advance planning where all
the activities that are necessary to be carried out for achieving a particular objective are
determined. In this objective, various tasks are decided that are required to be done along with
proper allocation of funds and resources. Further, the major activities that can be included in the
stated procedure are arrangement of resources, setting budgets, ascertainment of various
alternatives and making evaluation of alternatives (Reich, Gemino and Sauer, 2012). Through
all these processes, the proper plan is made in advance so that work cannot get disturbed on later
stages. Here, for quoted organisation, various types of activities have to be planned like

collection of data, arrangement of required tools and equipments, allocation of proper funds for
business, organising better methods for communication and pre determination of risks. The
major advantage of this pre planning is to have assessment of risks. With the help of this
analysis, the firm makes strategies in advance which can help in avoidance of risks in better way.
Thus, the planning will help in various ways, by providing a proper structure of the tasks that
must be carried out along with risk analysis so that the enterprise can avoid major risk or can
develop plans through which risks can be mitigated. The present report has been constructed by

project so that all work can be accomplished in a systematic manner. In addition to this, with
tasks, respective time that will be taken for completing the project will also be discussed to come
with a desired outcome.
P3Work breakdown structure and Gantt chart
The work break down structure is useful to divide various tasks of a project into simpler
units and components so that its management becomes easier. By breaking down the works,
managers make easy execution of tasks so that each unit of work can be supervised and managed
in better way. For Aquila insight, this process of managing work is very useful as it will help in
better allotment of work along with completion on time (Tohidi, 2011). It increases the accuracy
of work with proper allocation of roles and responsibilities to the concerned persons. Risk, time
and cost factors can also be managed and estimated in well advance. The structure of breakdown
is also related with a Gantt chart which is made with the same purpose for dividing tasks and

The research on a small scale basis can be conducted with the help of various methods
and techniques to get desired results. The Aquila insight is a small business firm which is
working to provide assistance to various firms by analysing raw data and covert it into a
meaningful data. The current study has been done to make an analysis on firm in applying the
CSR activities within entity. As per this objective, an analysis have been done according to
which some peculiar methods have been applied. Generally, for analysis purpose, it is necessary
to collect the data on which examination can be done. The results obtained from the data analysis
very much depends on the collected data and method applied for it (Unger and et.al., 2012).
Thus, data can be collection can be done from primary or secondary method. The primary data
collection is done by surveys, questionnaires, focussed groups and observation methods. While
for analysis of data, two types of method can be applied which are qualitative or quantitative
methods. The quantitative analysis make use of statistical tools like SPSS and mean or modes of
the data on which results are based. Apart from this, the qualitative method is used for making a
thematic analysis of the collected data. For the research based on small scale basis, the
qualitative method will be more suitable.
The present report carries out a primary data collection method according to which the
analysis will be made on CSR implementation policies of Aquila insight company. For this
purpose, a questionnaire has been filled out by 5 managers of stated organisation. The
questionnaire was sent to their mail ids where questions based on CSR implementation policies

Researcher of Aquoila Ltd conduct research and further collects data as per which its
analysis is presented. It is conducted through different tools and techniques such as primary and
secondary data collection. Under which, for primary data collection, information are gathered at
first time through conducting survey, face to face interview and door to door questioning.
Therefore, actual business performance is obtained through this process (Bredillet, Yatim and
Ruiz, 2010). On the other hand, for secondary data collection, information are collected through

ready or prepared materials. For example; analysing current business performance, accounting
reports and various tools that presents financial and non-monetary position of entity.
For conducting present research, analyst uses survey method by selecting 100 employees
to evaluate their performances. Including this, it affects on workers and entity's performance that
is interrelated with productivity and profitability of firm. However, applying these research
techniques are useful to recognize actual reason behind increasing turnover ratio and preparing
planning for enhancing their working efficiencies. In accordance to this, data is collected

Through this completion of project, I improved my several skills such as communication,
listening, problem solving and effective management styles. However, I learned to express
feelings, opinions and ideas in front of group. Including this, I learned to encourage workers for
coordinating in group work. Moreover, I organized training and development programs to
enhance their working efficiencies. Including this, I organize job rotation and gaming programs
among employees therefore they can understand feelings of each other regarding job
performance. In addition to this, by listening towards workers' needs and requirements as well

preparing planning for enhancing their efficiencies leads to emerging interest among them for
team work. Therefore, for completion of this project, I improved my several skills and better
communication with employees. Along with this, I learned to create positive and peaceful
environment by reducing conflicts occurs at workplace, However, increasing in different
leadership as well management styles are enhanced. Including this, by following on all
determined activities for projecting, I learned to be punctual and sincere for work as well it
improved by learning styles.
Thus, through of this project, I improved my various skills as well varieties of
development is obtained that affects on organization's effectiveness as well able to enhance
working efficiencies at high level. I learned leadership style and handling problems very smartly.
Moreover, through project planning and scheduling, I learned various skills that impacts on my
personal and professional life. However, I learned to create balance between behaving at
workplace and personally. In this regard, I learned to create friendly, positive and peaceful
atmosphere of entity through motivating workers for effective team work.
CONCLUSION
The report is concluded that high turnover ratio of employees in Acquila Ltd can be
reduced through projecting and following on all determined strategies effectively by using CSR
activities. However, it is interrelated with improving quality services of organization by proper
contribution of workers at workplace. Including this, effective project management is obtained
through this system to encourage workers for sustaining. In this regard, research techniques and
methods are determined to analyse actual performance of workers and organization that affects
to create organizational structure. In addition to this, varieties of tools are obtained for
improving skills as well enhancing their working efficiencies. However, through this assignment,
several ideas are created for increasing efficiencies for team work. Including this, data analysis
of collected information and contributing in team work at high level. Along with this, systematic
project management and planning scheduling for expansion of organization and increasing
working efficiencies for scheduling and effective fund allocation is determined through this
assignment.
