My ideal job would be doing something that could assist me to develop my managerial
excellence. After graduation, I look forward to become Human Resource Executive to any well
reputed enterprise. The profession as Human resources is considered to be well reputed job in
relation to potential, job growth and creativity.
Job description
Human Resource Executive managers managers and directs all kind of human resource task for
an organisation. HR executive responsibilities is inclusive of directing, overseeing the hiring,
training and process as dismissal that aids to administer and monitor the benefits programmes.
Human resource professional are bound to catty out the duties that assigned to them in
professional manner.
Duties and responsibilities
Creation of job description.
To undertake the responsibility of the overall quality system in HR department.
To sourcing the candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement.
Issuing letter of credit/intent/employment to the selected number of the candidates.
To timely review, update and maintain proper filing of an employees such as medical
insurance policies etc.
To understand the employee issues in their work engagement level and execute
corrective measures for them.
To collect exist interviews that aids to identify the reason for employee's termination.
Educational requirements
Posses a degree in Human resource management
Bachelor degree in any field with some recognised university.
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in HR field.
Additional job requirement
Strong and effective organisation skill with excellent attention to details.
Good analytical, writing and communication skill.
Personal must have ability to work under pressure.
