Slide (1): The slide present the title of the presentation that is ‘Motivation’.
Slide (2): This slide defines the motivation process which refers through a method by which
the HR managers can encourage the employees in order to achieve organisational goals.
Slide (3): This slide focuses on the importance of motivation from the point of view of
management of any company. It highlights the importance of providing job satisfaction to the
employee and giving them an opportunity to get succeeds in their professional life.
Motivation not only increases the productivity of the employees but also it creates a
favourable environment of work.
Slide (4): This slide represents the concept of Maslow’s need hierarchy theory.
Slide (5): This slide is about the five basic needs of the humans in the order of their priority.
Slide (6): This slide stated that employees can be motivated in order to fulfill their needs.
Slide (7): This slide is based upon Herzberg’s two factor theory of motivation which stated
that presence of hygiene factors motivate the employees whereas presence of non-hygiene
factor demotivates the employees.
Slide (8): By maintaining the hygiene factors like: Salaries, incentives, increments and
favourable talking with employees encourage them towards the work.
Slide (9): By ensuring about the absenteeism of non-hygiene factors like: Chaos and
arguments between the leaders and the employees, non-transparent promotional policies etc.
