warehouse and thus reduce the manual effort of the employees for the management of the details
of the orders.
Background

The pick list is used for manually checking the order such as item location and
availability of the stocks
The pick list is printed by the employee and find the product if it is available in the
warehouse stock
If the product is found it is sent for package and shipped to the customer.
Scope
The ecommerce market is current growing and the organization faces different types of
issues while maintaining the organizational information. For gaining the leading position in the
market the organization needs to identify the risk at an early stage and prepare a risk mitigation

plan for handling the risk associated with the current business process of the organization.
Different encryption algorithm must be used and private clouds should be used for storing the
sensitive organizational data from securing the information from external access. The leakage of
the information can cause a huge loss for the organization and thus the database needs to be
secured from illegal access and secure the customer information for successful deployment of the
ecommerce platform.
Recommendations to the top management (CEO).
It is recommended that a sub process of order shipment should be created for shipping the
product to the right destination and maintaining a transparency with the customer. The
information system should be designed to get all the details of the shipment and store it in the
database such that it can be shared with the customer. The sharing of the shipping information
helps the customer to track the orders and improve the loyalty of the customer for the business
organization.
