that helps a company in putting best practices to meet the desired requirements, ensure safety of
employees, fulfil needs of customers and so on (Thirlwall, 2015). Organisation that has been
taken into consideration into present report i.e. Citistores, which is looking forward to expand its
business within the retail market. This made company to think of its staffing requirements, as the
expansion would require to have talented and skilled employees and for this, it will be required
for Citistores to bring alterations within its existing organisational policies...................................4

Recruitment and selection policy of Citistores has been made commitment to offer individuals
(applicants) with equal employment opportunities so that organisation could effectively take in
use of their inner abilities, skills and talent. Along with this, Citistores’ recruitment and selection
policy has also kept its focus on all the human resource related factors are basically maintained
and proper communication process has also been taken into consideration. But, the issue is that
company has not set a judging criteria, which is important for selecting the best candidate

process stays both reasonable & fair in order to keep the business organisation cured from biased
