Reflection of mock interview Gibbs reflective model Reflection is important in terms of having self-assessment of several skills which is useful for me in the interview process and also helps in developing my skills and making me a more competent and skilled individual in terms of performing assigned job role with full potential (Kunrath, Cash and Kleinsmann, 2020). Description:With the help of this stage I prominently identified several factors and skills which are important at the time of giving interview(Tomlinson and Jackson, 2019). It depicts the suitable skills which are essential for giving an interview including self- confidence and effective communication which is useful in terms of giving interview without any hesitation with full potential. Feelings:The stage undertake the suitable emotions and feelings which I have after giving the interview. In regard of this I also analyse that I have lack of some skills and needeffectivedevelopmentandimprovementwhichisusefulintermsofgiving prominent interview. Evaluation:According to this stage I prominently consider the right things of the activity and achievements which I have done in my career and it is also beneficial for me to prominently evaluate my I skills which is important to give interview. Analysis:In this stage I effectively identify the whole situation and also by comparing it with my past interview sessions that somehow put both positive and negative impact on my overall performance(Barnhoorn and et. al., 2019). Conclusion:According to this stage effectively consider the prominent finding of the whole interview session considering the strength and weaknesses of skills and areas of development which is useful for me to achieve future results. Action plan:This stage is useful in order to consider suitable actions which are taken for effective growth by considering the basis for overcoming my own weaknesses and also identify deviations in terms of having proper development. Article– Advice about interviewing for a job In termsof giving interviewfor the second-year sport student it isimportantto prominently considered several interview questions and tips which are useful in terms of
achieving success overall interview process. It is important for the interviewee to prominently conduct research about the organisation and interviewwhich is helpful in terms of giving right and effective answers on spot which is useful in impressing the interviewer for the performance. Besides this in terms of giving interview for the second year Sports student it is essential for me to prominently analyse observe and use the exercises and activities which are prominently performed by students and guided by supporter by suitable e using the specific product of company. Besides this they also tend to ask the prominent interview format which is helpful in terms of asking for team suitable interview format and also preparing answers which are commonly asked in the interview session. For sports student there are various questions which are related with physical education and activities like high pitch low pitch warm up exercise and many more and there are various questions which can be asked by a person itself in terms of having effective interview. Besides this interviewee also need to ask each and every question with full potential confidence and communication skill is it helps in making other individuals trustworthy for company. Employees and other individuals are also asking for several questions considering the suitable standards. It also needs to prepare ineffective working experience which is beneficial in terms of considering various options including Smart questions under taking the proper format considering the use of offered products and also prepare for other questions with their effectively asked in the interview format(Wiles and Vicary, 2019). Along with this an effective comparison is done among the suitable skills and the skills of individual who give interview by considering thecommunityinwhichanindividualwantbyconsideringtheeffectivestrengthsand weaknesses. It also probably and revise the things which are described at the time of discussion and event as it need proper development in order to recruit and retain talented employees. Alongwiththistherearevariousexperiencedindividualsinthecompanywho prominently offer various services to their products and Consumers itself which are helpful in order to face several challenges and issues and also tends to develop in terms of overcoming them. Besides this interviewee also consider star method at the time of giving interview for the second year sport student as this method undertake that factor application of several skills in the specific job role considering the overall situation of company and an individual face at the time of performing in the interview session.
