TASK 1- Coaching experience with Reflection
Coaching is undertaken as the effective development for the skilled and experienced
individuals that tends to support the learners and client in terms of accomplishing the particular
personal and professional objectives by offering effective guidance and training. Coaching
prominently meant the informal relationship among the two individuals who has effective
experience and expertise by offering prominent advice as the latter by focusing on particular task
and objectives (Karagianni and Jude Montgomery, 2018). Moreover, reflection is considered as
the prominent practice which is useful in order to represent the suitable actions considering the
engagement for the continuous learning and overall development. It also depict the strengths and
weaknesses and on that basis individuals tends to find their way of development of skills. For
this, the reflection is based on effective coaching which is useful in guiding other individuals and
also undertake suitable strengths and weaknesses with the help of reflection. In terms of
conducting effective research Gibbs reflective model is used which is helpful in order to describe
the viewpoint and feelings of individuals considering their experience for the particular event.
In regard of this, Gibbs reflective model is useful in order to motivate individuals
regarding their self analysis and reflect for the development in an effective manner that tends to
improve overall performance (Rubens and et.al, 2018). Besides this, it is also helpful to evaluate
the strengths and weaknesses to offer effective guidance and coaching to other people. In relation
with this, suitable steps are discussed as below:

Description: This element is helpful in terms of offering effective description of the
overall situation undertaking what is happening, outcomes and who are involved in the
suitable activities. For this, the description relies on the overall performance and skills in
which I need to perform in front of my fellows. In regard of this, it is identified that my
existing skill in not so good which is coaching as by this, I cannot provide suitable
guidance to other people that can become basic demerit of me which also include various
factors like clarity, compassion, curiosity, confirmation and commitment. Along with
this, I am quite good in some of these skills like I am more committed and curious
towards the job role but with some shortage and lack of other skills I face various
challenges in terms of performing my job with full potential (Shao, 2019). Moreover,
considering those skills in which I am good is helpful for me in order to manage my
whole team and staff members by motivating them to perform with full potential to work
quite collectively regarding the achievement of suitable goals. Feelings: It tends to depict the prominent feeling and emotions to other individuals in
which they feel and experience my reactions of the concerning skill. In regard of this, the
feelings tends to generate due to my suitable reaction that significantly impact my fellows
in both positive and negative manner and also considering the performance. Besides this,
I as a manager mush have effective coaching skill in order to provide guidance to my
