Provide a brief overview of the task – what is the main idea of the given task.
The task is based upon marketing communication of UBER which is a transportation
company that also makes diversification of their business into food and beverage sector. The task
provides an overview of the various ways through which an organisation sets connection with the
customers in order to ensure its long term sustainability as well as growth within market place. In
relation to this, the task comprises of models such as marketing communication mix, SWOT and
STP which are conducted to present key information about the company selected for the task. In
addition to this, task is aimed at execution of a social media marketing campaign through which
reach among the population can be effectively enhanced and benefits can be attained in the
favour of company. The campaign is set to get viral on platforms such as Snapchat, Facebook
and Instagram and seek to establish corporate communication with people to influence them
effectively for placement of order for on demand transportation services.

The provided task is based on marketing communication which is termed as a procedure
that an organisation undertakes in order to communicate individuals related to their products,
services and message of entity with a motive to significantly increase profitability of
organisation while ensuring more competitive advancements. There are different types of
theoretical measures that are undertaken in the given task as with the help of this, task can be
completed in well defined manner. In this regard, SWOT analysis has been duly undertaken by
entity in order to identify their strength, weaknesses, threats as well as opportunity in order to
gain significant knowledge related to the prevailing factors that may impact upon their
functioning. It also allows organisation to further developed strategies and policies in order to
effectively overcome weaknesses and threats.
In addition to this STP model is also been undertaken in this report with the help of
which organisation can effectively able to evaluate their position and target audience. This
analysis mainly includes three most important elements that are segmentation, targeting and
positioning. Further it has been determined that with the assistance of STP model organisation
can able to position their product and services in a target group of customers in more effective
