Introduction
Individual development defined as business development tool that assist
employees in career and personal development. Individual and team
development is important part of organisation that helps to understand the
problems and provide a optimum solution.

Key elements that make up the HPW systems and
how these systems operate within organisations
High Performance work system refers as management practices which is used to
build the organisational environment. In this system the roles and responsibilities
are increased in order to accomplish business objectives.

HPW contributes to employee engagement and competitive advantages in
specific situation
High Performance work system is a set of management practices which is
designed by management to create an environment where employees have
greater involvement and responsibility.

Key element that make up the HPW system operate within organisation
by example
Organisational structure – This refers as a way where organisation groups its
people in to divisions, department and reporting relationship which helps to
perform the business activities properly.
Task Design – This states that how details of business organisation are necessary
and will be grouped whether in to team and job responsibilities.
People – This determines people who suits and get prepared well for performing
the business activities and maintain the work properly.

improve their performance by communicating with each other.
Employee creativity: HPW system is more effective for business organisation as
it increases employee creativity by creating knowledge and skills.

Performance management approaches is a process that gives feedback,
documentation and accountability for performance of which they perform
business activities. It helps to deliver the favourable atmosphere of employees
for the purpose of developing best improvements in performance.
