Pm is only focus on performance of workers, company, several department and operations in place to manage and well organized particular tasks. In order to manage the overall performance of workers as well as business to deliver quality products or services, manager apply collaborative working approach which is quite different and highly effective for them. This approach is known as partnership working practices covers the different of ways that many workers can work together. Organization wants to decrease cost of operations and increase ability of workers which makes them capable to contribute in achievement of goals.
M4 Effectiveness of different approaches in high performance commitment and culture Behavioural approach is one of the best method used to manage performance within company for longer as it decrease employee turnover and increased level of work. By making change in workplace, manager can motivate people they need to consider the requirement of workers and work accordingly. Manager also analyse demands of employees and make plan for new policy that is quite beneficial for business.
